Tillgång till badrum för dusch genom dörr inne i lägenheten. Lägenheten ligger nära Stadsskogen och Hågadalen. Busshållplats ett kvarter bort. Ca 10 minuter med buss eller cykel till de flesta av universitetsinstitutionerna och till centrum. Mataffärer och restauranger i närheten. I hyran på SEK 5500/månad ingår el, vatten och internet (fiber). Tillgång till gemensamma tvättstugor, gård med uteplatser och grill och cykelrum. Lummigt och lugnt område. I let a furnished room with separate entrance, WC and a kitchenette for simple cooking (small fridge, small stove, and microwave) in Sommarro. Connecting door to shared shower in the flat. The apartment building is close to the nature areas Stadsskogen and Hågadalen, and Sommarro is a green and quiet part of Uppsala. The bus to the city center passes only a block away, and it takes no more than about 10 minutes to reach most of the University institutions and the city center by bus or bike. Shops and restaurants close by. The rent is 5500 SEK/month and includes fast Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating plus access to garden, laundry room and hobby room.
