There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a shower. There is also a laundry room and sauna in the basement as well as a gym that you can use for free.

There is a cozy green walking path in the nearby area "Stabby hagar" where people usually walk and go jogging. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are right next door. It takes five minutes by bike to the center. There are also good bus connections right outside the apartment.

No smoking and drugs allowed in the apartment.

I am a 35-year-old kind, fun and creative girl who likes being out in nature, working out at the gym, swimming, singing and dancing. I work as a sfi teacher. I don't want a pedantically tidy and clean home, but I also don't like it when it's too dirty and messy. You must be reasonably orderly. I expect we will come up with a schedule for shared responsibility for cleaning and upkeep in the apartment.

No smoking allowed in the apartment. Sometimes my parents' cute Cockerpoo-puppy visits, so you shouldn't be allergic to dogs.
