We rent out a room in a shared apartment with a total of 4 tenants in Sunnersta. The shared apartment has a separate entrance from the house. The room is furnished with a bed, closet, desk and chair. You share a common living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, and additional 2nd restroom. You have access to a laundry room equipped with 2 laundry machines and a drying room. Electricity, water, heating, WiFi are included.
As this is a shared apartment it is important to us that you are a calm, orderly, clean, and social person enjoying living together with others. You are a non-smoker and no pets are allowed.
It is about 3 km to Campus Ultuna and 5 km to Ångströms laboratory. It is about 500 m to the closest convenience store. The bus stop is very close and has 4+ departures per hour taking you to the central station in about 20 min passing by SLU, Ångströms, and BMC along the way.
The Deposit is 2 months’ rent which is returned when moving out. Notice period is 3 months.
